These Terms apply when you use the BarkBoot online store or purchase products from us.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for pricing errors, unavailable stock, suspected fraud or delivery restrictions. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot fulfill, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Shipping charges and any applicable amounts are shown during checkout. Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice before an order is placed.

Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, colours, sizes and images accurately. Screen settings, manufacturer updates and normal production variation can result in minor differences. Customers are responsible for checking size information and intended use before ordering.

Pet safety

BarkBoot products are consumer pet accessories unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Check fit and condition before use, supervise your dog where appropriate, and discontinue use if a product is damaged or causes discomfort. Tactical-inspired products are not represented as certified military, ballistic, crash-protection or occupational safety equipment unless specifically stated.

Returns

Returns are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy and any rights that apply under consumer law.

Intellectual property

BarkBoot branding, original site content and original creative material may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where allowed by law.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, BarkBoot is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of products or use contrary to supplied instructions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date.
