Where does BarkBoot ship?
Within Australia, standard shipping is $11, standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more, and express is $15 where available. Selected international destinations currently have $20 standard international shipping. Checkout confirms the options available for your address.
Will everything in my order arrive together?
Not always. Some products can be fulfilled separately, so a multi-item order may arrive in more than one parcel or with more than one tracking update.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the sizing information on the product page and measure before ordering. For harnesses, measure the widest part of the chest. For collars, measure where the collar naturally sits. For boots, measure the paw while your dog is standing and bearing weight. Our Sizing Guide walks through the main measurements.
What does “tactical-inspired” mean?
It describes the rugged styling and practical features of selected BarkBoot gear, such as webbing, grab handles, modular pouches and heavy-duty hardware. Unless a product page specifically says otherwise, BarkBoot products are not certified military, ballistic, crash-protection or occupational safety equipment.
Can I return an item?
Eligible unused items can be returned under our Shipping & Returns policy. Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return instructions.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue where possible. We’ll work with you on the appropriate remedy.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information is sent when available. It can take a little time to begin showing movement after a parcel is first lodged.
